Why is there an implementation fee?

Getting a hotel genuinely operational — property knowledge configuration, website deployment, staff training, workflow customization — is real work. The fee reflects that, not just flipping a switch.

What if I need email or WeddingWire integration?

Email inbox monitoring is included today — HospitalityOS connects to your hotel's own Microsoft 365 or Gmail inbox and captures genuine inquiries automatically, no separate setup. WeddingWire and other third-party lead marketplaces are on our roadmap, not available today. We'll never sell you a plan for a capability that doesn't exist yet — when it's ready, we'll let existing customers know first.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day subscription guarantee on the monthly subscription. If SalesOS isn't the right fit within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
