HospitalityOS is under active development. Features described as "available" reflect what's genuinely built and tested; features marked "coming soon" or "planned" are not yet available. We'll communicate directly with pilot partners about any changes that affect their usage.
You retain ownership of your property's data — leads, guest conversations, and business information entered into the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled.
The platform is intended for legitimate hotel sales and guest service operations. Please don't use it to send spam, misrepresent your property, or attempt to access another tenant's data.
As an active pilot program, we don't yet guarantee formal uptime commitments (SLAs). We work to keep the platform reliable and will communicate proactively about any planned or unplanned downtime.
These terms may be updated as the platform and pilot program evolve. We'll notify pilot partners of material changes directly.
